ゲーム「漢字タワーバトル」（iPhone アプリ版と Web 版。以下「本サービス」）の運営者（App Store に表示される販売元。以下「運営者」）は、利用者の情報を次のとおり取り扱います。
運営者は、本サービスを通じて、利用者の氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号・住所などを受け取りません。運営者は本サービス用のサーバーを持っておらず、ゲームの内容や操作が運営者に送られることはありません。運営者が利用者の情報を受け取るのは、利用者が運営者にメールで問い合わせた場合だけです（第8条）。なお、Web 版では、訪問数などの統計（個人を特定しない集計値）を運営者が確認するため、アクセス解析を利用しています（第5条）。
音量などの設定、CPU の強さ、友達対戦の人数、リプレイなどのゲームの一時的な記録は、利用者の端末（Web 版ではブラウザ）の中だけに保存され、外部へ送られません。アプリを削除する、またはブラウザのサイトデータを消すと、これらも削除されます。
iPhone アプリ版では、Google LLC が提供する広告配信サービス「Google AdMob」と、同意の管理を行う「Google User Messaging Platform」を利用しています。広告を表示するため、これらの仕組みにより次の情報が端末から Google へ直接送られることがあります（運営者を経由しません）。
iPhone アプリ版は、初めて広告を表示する前に、トラッキング（広告識別子の利用）を許可するかを確認します。許可しなくても、ゲームはすべて遊べます（その場合、利用者に合わせた広告ではなくなります）。設定はいつでも iPhone の「設定」→「プライバシーとセキュリティ」→「トラッキング」で変えられます。欧州など同意が必要な地域の利用者には、広告に関する同意の画面を表示し、タイトル画面の「プライバシー設定」からいつでも変更できます。Google の広告の設定は https://adssettings.google.com/ でも変更できます。プレミアム（第6条）を購入している場合、広告の仕組みは動かず、上記の情報は送られません。

プレミアム（月額プラン・買い切り）の購入・支払い・解約・返金は、Apple の App Store を通じて行われます。クレジットカードなどの支払いの情報を、本サービスや運営者が受け取ることはありません。購入が有効かどうかは、端末の中で Apple の仕組み（StoreKit）を使って確認します。
結果画像・動画・投稿文の共有は、利用者が自分で操作した場合に限り、利用者が選んだアプリ（X など）や保存先に渡されます。運営者には送られません。共有先での取り扱いは、それぞれのサービスの方針に従います。
メールでお問い合わせいただいた場合、メールアドレスとお問い合わせの内容を、返信と対応のためだけに使います。法令に基づく場合を除き、第三者に提供しません。対応が終わり不要になった時点で、適切に削除します。
運営者が保有する利用者の情報（第8条のお問い合わせの情報）について、開示・訂正・利用停止・削除などのご請求があった場合は、ご本人であることを確認したうえで、法令に従い対応します。広告の仕組みにより Google へ送られた情報は運営者が保有していないため、Google の窓口・設定をご利用ください。
運営者は、保有する情報への不正なアクセス・紛失・漏えいを防ぐため、必要かつ適切な措置を講じます。
本サービスは子ども向けに特化したものではありません。表示する広告の内容は、Google の区分で「保護者の指導のもと（PG）」までに制限しています。13歳未満の方は、保護者の方と一緒にご利用ください。
本サービスは日本の運営者が提供しています。広告の仕組みにより送られた情報は Google により、Web 版のアクセス解析の情報は Cloudflare により、日本国外（米国など）で処理されることがあります。台湾・香港・マカオなどの利用者は、それぞれの地域の法令で認められた権利を行使できます。

The operator of the game “Kanji Tower Battle (漢字タワーバトル)” (the iPhone app and the web version; the “Service”), who is the seller shown on the App Store (the “Operator”), handles user information as follows.
The Operator does not receive your name, email address, phone number, or postal address through the Service. The Operator runs no servers for the Service, and your gameplay is never sent to the Operator. The Operator receives your information only when you contact the Operator by email (Section 8). For the web version, the Operator uses web analytics to view statistics such as the number of visits (aggregated figures that do not identify individuals) (Section 5).
Your settings (such as volume), CPU strength, the number of players for friend matches, and temporary game data such as replays are stored only on your device (in your browser for the web version) and are not sent anywhere. Deleting the app, or clearing the site data in your browser, deletes this data.
The iPhone app uses Google AdMob, an advertising service provided by Google LLC, and the Google User Messaging Platform for consent management. To show ads, these services may send the following information directly from your device to Google (not through the Operator):
Before showing ads for the first time, the iPhone app asks whether you allow tracking (use of the advertising identifier). You can play the whole game even if you don’t allow it; ads will then not be personalized. You can change this at any time in the iPhone Settings app → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Users in regions that require consent (such as Europe) are shown a consent screen and can change their choice at any time from “Privacy Settings” on the title screen. You can also manage Google ad settings at https://adssettings.google.com/. If you have purchased Premium (Section 6), the advertising services do not run and none of the information above is sent.

Purchases, payments, cancellations, and refunds of Premium (monthly plan or one-time purchase) are handled through Apple’s App Store. Neither the Service nor the Operator receives your payment information. Whether your purchase is valid is checked on your device using Apple’s system (StoreKit).
Result images, videos, and post text are passed to the app (such as X) or location you choose only when you share them yourself. They are not sent to the Operator. Each destination handles them under its own policy.
If you contact us by email, we use your email address and message only to reply and respond. We do not provide them to third parties except as required by law, and we delete them appropriately once they are no longer needed.
If you request disclosure, correction, suspension of use, or deletion of the information the Operator holds about you (the inquiry information in Section 8), we will respond in accordance with the law after confirming your identity. The Operator does not hold the information sent to Google by the advertising services; please use Google’s settings and contact points for that information.
The Operator takes necessary and appropriate measures to prevent unauthorized access to, loss of, or leakage of the information it holds.
The Service is not specifically directed to children. Ads shown are limited to Google’s “Parental Guidance (PG)” rating or below. Children under 13 should use the Service with a parent or guardian.
The Service is provided by an operator in Japan. Information sent by the advertising services may be processed by Google, and web analytics information for the web version by Cloudflare, outside Japan (for example, in the United States). Users in Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macao, and other regions may exercise the rights granted by the laws of their region.
If we change this policy, we will post the updated policy and the date of the update on this page. For significant changes, we will give notice on this page for a reasonable period before they take effect.
